We recognise that some members of our community may be facing challenges during this time. If you are impacted, the following support services are available to support your wellbeing and studies.
If you would like emotional support or simply need someone to speak with, our teams are here to help.
For professional and confidential counselling
If the current situation has affected your ability to complete assessments or sit for examinations, you may apply for support through the Consideration of Extenuating Circumstances process, which may include extensions or alternative arrangements. Students are encouraged to apply early so that appropriate support can be arranged.
As programmes are conducted on campus, students are encouraged to speak with their respective Programme Director if they need guidance on their study plans for the upcoming semester. Options such as deferment of studies may be discussed where appropriate. Students who require guidance on matters relating to their Student Pass may also reach out to the International Office for advice and assistance.
If you are unsure which support option may be most helpful, Campus Central is available to guide you and connect you with the relevant teams.
We remain committed to supporting our community during this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.
Yours sincerely,
Professor Barry Winn
