Celebrating Your Achievements and New Beginnings

Graduation marks the successful completion of your academic journey and the moment you officially receive your diploma and foundation certificate. This milestone reflects not only your academic achievement but also your readiness to embrace new challenges — whether you're continuing your studies or stepping confidently into the professional world.

Note: The Convocation ceremony applies only to Taylor’s College Diploma students. Further information on registration, robe collection, and ceremony guidelines is available here.

To be eligible for graduation, you must fulfill the following:

Academic Completion

Academic Completion

Successfully complete all programme requirements, including the necessary credits and compulsory modules, with no outstanding courses or prerequisites, and achieve the minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) / Weighted CGPA (WCGPA) set by the programme—typically a CGPA of 2.00 or higher for Foundation and Diploma qualifications.

Administrative Clearance

Administrative Clearance

Settle all outstanding matters, such as library fines, tuition fees, and other institutional obligations.

Graduation Verification

Graduation Verification

Your award will be officially conferred once all academic and administrative requirements are verified. Your certificate will then be issued to mark this achievement. Your graduation status must also be verified and approved, and your name included in the Academic Board-approved graduate list to be officially recognised as a graduate.

Important: Please ensure the accuracy of your name. All documents, including your transcript, letter of award conferment (LOAC), certificate, and your name in the convocation booklet, will follow the name listed in your Student Profile. You must verify and correct your name (if needed) in the Student Profile Updates page before the Graduate List is finalised. Changes will not be allowed after the list is approved.

DIGITAL CREDENTIALS
ACCESS TO PLATFORMS AFTER GRADUATION

Applicable to Foundation and Diploma students

As part of your graduation, you will now receive digital certificates in addition to your physical certificate. These are issued through Accredible, a trusted platform used by many renowned universities, associations, and tech companies worldwide.

Your digital credentials provide immediate access to your academic achievements and can be easily shared on platforms such as LinkedIn to support your professional presence. They are also secure and verifiable, with Accredible using encrypted blockchain technology to store an unchangeable record of your certificate—protecting against fraud.

This reflects Taylor’s ongoing commitment to making sure your academic accomplishments are globally recognised and appreciated.

For a full breakdown of how digital credentials work, including access, timelines, support channels, technical guidance, and more, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section.

Once you have officially completed your studies and received your full academic transcript along with either your award letter or certificate of completion, you will continue to have access to several Taylor’s digital platforms for an additional 365 days.

This extended access is provided to help you transition smoothly as you prepare for the next chapter—whether it’s entering the workforce or pursuing further studies. The platforms you can continue to access include:

  • Campus Central: For important records and service requests
  • myTIMeS: To revisit learning materials or resources
  • Taylor's Student Email: To stay in touch with lecturers and peers
  • OneDrive: To retrieve and back up your personal files and assignments
  • Taylor's Mobile App: For easy access to services and updates on the go

Note: Please make sure to back up all your files, documents, and emails before the 365-day period ends. After this grace period, access to these platforms will be permanently disabled, and you will no longer be able to retrieve any content stored within them.
