Philosophy, Politics, and Economics

This programme is set to be the first of its kind in Malaysia, with a unique opportunity to embrace a multidisciplinary, industry-focused approach to social sciences in one of Southeast Asia’s most vibrant and dynamic economic and political landscapes.

Applied Health Sciences

The Applied Health Sciences degree is the first of its kind in Malaysia to offer specialisations in four unique areas: Neuroscience, Embryology, Nutrition, and Genetics. It is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to shape the future of healthcare and positively impact global health.

Mechatronics Engineering

Mechatronics is a multidisciplinary field of engineering study that studies electromechanical interactions with other technical systems, including robotics, electronics, computer engineering, telecommunications engineering, systems engineering, and control engineering.

Do I need to register before the event, or can I attend without signing up?

Do I need to register before the event, or can I attend without signing up?

You don’t need to register on your own. All current students from Taylor’s College and Taylor’s Culinary Institute will be pre-registered.

 

A few days before the event, a QR code will be sent to you via email. On event day, just flash your QR code at the registration counter to record your attendance before entering the Grand Hall.

 

If your details aren’t in the system for any reason, don’t worry – a QR code standee will be available onsite so you can still check in.

What can I expect during the Progression Fest?

What can I expect during the Progression Fest?

The Progression Fest offers a well-rounded experience for students. You’ll get the chance to explore academic booths, speak directly with lecturers and senior students, and learn more about your future study options.

 

There will also be a variety of support services available which includes University Placement Services, Global Mobility, BizPod, Vortex, Makerspace, and Career Interest Assessment.

 

To top it off, there will be mini-games and fun activities to keep the energy going, and completing the feedback form gives you a chance to join the lucky draw!

You’re welcome to drop by anytime during the event hours. No fixed time slot is required – just come when it suits your schedule.

The event is open to all current students of Taylor's College and Taylor's Culinary Institute. There are no specific eligibility requirements, so all enrolled students from this institutions/school are welcome to participate.

The Progression Fest is designed exclusively for current students of Taylor’s College and Taylor’s Culinary Institute. As such, it is not open to parents or guardians. This ensures the event remains focused on student engagement and progression-related activities.
