Reprints of certificates and academic transcripts are only available for programmes awarded by Taylor's.

 

If your graduation certificate has been lost or damaged, you may request a reprint. Please note that only one official printed certificate will be issued and held at any given time. However, you may request multiple copies of your academic transcript as needed.

 

Graduation certificates and academic transcripts are issued based on the name registered in our official graduation records. If you have changed your legal name after graduating from Taylor’s, please note that name changes on the certificate and academic transcript are not allowed. If you request a reprint, the certificate will reflect your name as recorded.

For Lost Certificates

 

You will need to prepare the following:

Ensure all sections are filled in accurately.

Original Statutory Declaration

Officially declare the loss of your certificate.

Original Police Report

Provide an official record of the loss.

Note: All documents must be submitted in English or Bahasa Malaysia. If your documents are in other languages, certified translations must be provided. Reprints will be processed only after all required documents have been received and verified.

For Damaged Certificates

 

You will need to prepare the following:

Return the damaged certificate to the College for replacement.

Note: Reprints will only be processed once both items have been received and verified.

  • Fee: RM100, with an additional 6% SST for international students (one-time reprint only)
  • The reprinted certificate will display the phrase: 'This is a reprint of the original certificate.'
  • Additional fees apply for courier delivery.
  • Make payment online and attach the receipt to your application, or email it to (include full name, Student ID, and purpose of payment in your message):

Once we have received your completed application form, original supporting documents, and payment receipt, your application will be processed within five (5) working days. The certificate must be collected within one month from the date of issue. Certificates not collected within this period will be securely destroyed.

If you need extra copies of your academic transcript, you can submit your request using the links below. Each copy costs RM20, with an additional 6% SST for international students. Processing of full transcript usually takes three (3) working days but it may take longer if you graduated before 2015.

If you are an active student or still have access to the Campus Central Portal, you can submit your request here.

Through External Form

If you have completed your studies in the past 365 days and no longer have portal access, submit your request through the external forms provided.

If you have lost your certificate or require an official copy of your results, Cambridge International can issue a certifying statement. Here is what you can do:

Visit the Cambridge International lost certificates webpage to start your application.

Complete the Application Form

Fill in the Certifying Statement Application: Results and Certificates – Form 7, ensuring all details are correct.

Submit and Pay

Submit the completed form online and make payment for any applicable fees.

Wait for Processing

A certifying statement is accepted by universities and institutions as official proof of your examination results. Applications are typically processed within four (4) weeks of receipt.

To request a reprint of your SACE (Australian Matriculation / SACEi) results or certificate, you will need to follow the official procedures set by the SACE Board of South Australia:

Find and complete the form, ensuring all details are accurate.

Submit and Pay

Submit the completed form online and pay any required fees as instructed.

Processing typically takes around five (5) working days, plus additional time for delivery.
