The Centre for Counselling Services (CCS) aims to help and support students resolve personal difficulties acquire the skills, and knowledge that will enable them to take full advantage of the experience at Taylor’s.
CCS offers a service which is free, confidential, and available to all students to provide you with the emotional and psychological support whenever you need it. CCS focuses on Prevention, Intervention and Collaboration.
We strive to offer services in therapeutic atmosphere that is welcoming, comfortable and safe for all.
The Centre for Counselling Services organizes forums, webinars, workshops and talks related to mental health and personal development throughout the year for the Taylor’s community. CCS also works closely with other stakeholders internally and externally.
An event for counsellors to meet students and to create awareness about the counselling services. Counselling support is well received at Taylor’s.
This online event was aimed to provide support for the first year students. Participants got to ask thematic questions in relation to university journey, to build their network with one another, and also to hear from our counsellors and Peer Counselling Buddy (senior students).
Taylor's Annual Mental Wellness Campaign 2021 with the theme 'Staying Resilient in this Challenging World' is a campus wide campaign organised by the Centre for Counselling Services, in collaboration with Taylor's Psychology Society and Taylor's Peer Counselling Buddies. This campaign was held online throughout the month of October in conjunction with the World Mental Health Day.
The Peer Counselling Buddies (PCBs) organized this online event where students get to meet and mingle, get to know one another, discuss, and even learn from one another the foundation of building healthy relationships in their lives.
October is the month we celebrate and acknowledge the importance of mental health. Every year on 10th October, World Mental Health Day is dedicated to raising awareness to mitigate mental illness worldwide, helping those affected and also finding strength for everyone involved – directly or as support for their loved ones.
Our services are available from Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm
