Updates on Standard Operating Procedures for COVID-19

[Last Update: 13 June 2022]

Dear Students and Parents,

UPDATES ON STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES FOR COVID-19

Please be informed that Taylor’s University and Taylor’s College will be guided by the latest standard operating procedures (SOPs) released by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Ministry of Health (MOH).

Here are some updates commencing 13 June 2022 (Monday):

  1. MySejahtera check-ins are no longer required. However, students and staff members must activate MYSJ Trace when on Campus. Students and staff will also be required to show their MySejahtera statuses to security officers at point of entries.
  2. All activities are allowed to function at 100% capacity. Hence, physical distancing in class is no longer required.
  3. Face masks are compulsory indoors and optional outdoors (in the event you are in crowded areas or unwell).
  4. Teaching and learning activities to continue in accordance with respective timetable.

You are also encouraged to go through the SOPs within the Entry Guide to Campus.

As we welcome everyone back on campus, we must all continue to practice socially responsible behaviour such as observing personal hygiene and self-test when experiencing symptoms.

Please contact Campus Central at campuscentral@taylors.edu.my should you have any further queries.

Yours sincerely,

Professor Michael Driscoll
Vice Chancellor and President
