In compliance with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Ministry of Health (MOH), Taylor’s Hostel has been approved to reopen and operate as normal. Check-ins will resume and we look forward to welcoming new and returning residents to Taylor’s Hostel soon.
Kindly refer below for the enhanced SOPs for international and local arrivals as guided by our recent interaction with MOH. All residents are required to submit health declarations and practice recommended preventive measures; such as wearing face masks, good hand hygiene and physical distancing. We have also implemented the use of the MySejahtera app and now require all residents and visitors to scan the relevant QR code accordingly before entering the premises.
Furthermore, all residents entering Malaysia from overseas will be required to undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine imposed by the Malaysian government at designated accommodations. If a resident does not need to be quarantined, they will still be required to undergo 14-days self-quarantine outside Taylor’s Lakeside Campus.
Taylor’s Hostel may assist with arranging quarantine accommodations (resident to bear all incurred fees) at hotels within the vicinity of Taylor’s Lakeside Campus. The resident may also opt to arrange their own self-quarantine accommodations outside the campus.
