Updates: International students disallowed entry until 2021
In an effort to curb the spread of Covid-19, the Malaysian Immigration Department has announced on 4 October that international students are required to postpone their entry until after 31 December 2020. Please be informed that foreign students who arrive from now till 31 December will be issued a ‘Not to Land’ notice.
On that note, be assured that you may still access all classes via e-learning in TIMeS (learning management system) until further notice. Please log on to your module sites via TIMeS for information about teaching, learning and assessment online.
We thank you for your patience during these uncertain times, as we try our best to ensure your learning is not disrupted. We trust your lecturers and programme directors have been providing you with the support you need with your studies, and we look forward to seeing you in person when circumstances have improved. You may contact the Student Welfare and International Office department at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries.
We understand that many questions remain, you may also email us at email@example.com or WhatsApp at +6011 5699 3387. We will continue to provide updates as they are made available.
Above all, stay safe and connected. We will all get through this, together.

Vice Chancellor and President
