Dear Students and Parents,

ALL TEACHING AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES TO MOVE ONLINE COMMENCING 24 MAY 2021

Taylor’s College and Taylor’s University have decided to move teaching and learning activities for all programmes online in response to the country’s surging COVID-19 cases. These decisions, though difficult, were made to safeguard our students and staff while ensuring learning continuity.

As such, the following actions will be taken:

• Effective 24 May 2021 (Monday), all classes will be conducted via e-learning in TIMeS (learning management system) until further notice. Please log on to your module sites via TIMeS for information about teaching and learning online.
  
  We wish to reassure you that your respective Heads of School and Programme Directors will be making the necessary changes to module delivery and assessments. Schools will communicate specific guidance and information separately.
  
  
• For new students starting in June 2021, a separate communication will be sent to you via email on 26 May 2021 (Wednesday) to guide you through our e-Orientation process. The guide to using TIMeS will also be shared with you during orientation.
  
  
• When necessary key examinations will be conducted online. However, international examination(s) such as the Cambridge International A Level will take place on campus as scheduled.

The above arrangements were decided upon careful consideration to minimise the risk of gathering in groups.
