Beat procrastination! Be on top of your game by understanding reasons, tasks and styles of procrastination and then develop strategies to overcome the behaviour.

Here's what you'll learn: 

  • Becoming aware of the reasons why the student procrastinate
  • Identify the tasks on which the students commonly delay, and the style of procrastination
  • Develop appropriate strategies to change the behavior

Ms Ho has taught A Levels Biology in Taylor’s College for 21 years. She is passionate not only in making Biology interesting and easier for her students to master, she also motivates and enlightens the students about having great mind set, adopting winning habits and the wisdom of life. Her students enjoyed and provided positive feedback to her valuable sharing in class. She also conducted personal growth workshop for new intake in 2019 and external meditation sessions with WISE Foundation.
