Join this workshop to learn how to manage exam stress, improve your studying ability and walk into exams feeling confident. We'll explore mindfulness - a brain strengthening technique that can help you study better and manage those exam nerves. We’ll also look at how we relate to stress and use some psychology techniques to change our relationship with stress, so we can slay those exams and come out on top!
