During her 24 years spent here in Taylor’s, Mrs Hoe has wide experience with young people, from secondary school students to college students, and has been making a difference in their lives. It is gratifying to be able to help students to achieve their dreams and see them do well in life, and subsequently becoming an inspiration to others.
